France’s structured invoice for the B2B reform is Factur-X: a PDF/A-3 with EN 16931 CII inside. Public-sector flows also involve Chorus Pro. The file format and the platform that receives it are different problems.
codecafe24 generates and validates Factur-X from JSON. It does not register as a Plateforme de Dématérialisation Partenaire and does not submit invoices to Chorus Pro.

Is Factur-X the same as a PDF invoice?
A Factur-X file is a PDF/A-3 that also contains XML. A normal PDF with no embedded CII is not an electronic invoice under EN 16931.
